The Sports Contest of Officials of National Agencies-2023 was held between March 13 and 30.
Divided into four groups, players demonstrated their high spiritual strength and might of unity as well as their skills developed through mass-based sports activities in all competitions including basketball, volleyball, Taekwon-Do and tug of war.
The Ministry of IT Industry, Ministry of Public Health, Unha Trading Bureau and Foreign Languages Publishing House won the first places in the total rankings in their groups.
The closing ceremony was held at the Basketball Gymnasium on Chongchun Street in Pyongyang on March 30.
Pak In Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea, officials concerned, and officials of commissions, ministries and national agencies exemplary in mass-based sporting activities and players attended the ceremony.
The total rankings and the rankings of each event were announced and diplomas and medals were awarded to excellent teams and players.
Kim Il Guk, minister of Physical Culture and Sports, delivered the closing address.
