Pyongyang, May 18 (KCNA) -- The validity and great vitality of the Party's policy on actively conducting the campaigns in which one overtakes and learns from others and swaps experiences with them are fully proved in the on-going all-people advance, says Rodong Sinmun Thursday in an editorial.
Now that the dynamic struggle is being waged to open up a new phase of upsurge in socialist construction, the importance of the movements for overtaking, learning from and swapping experience with others is becoming more evident, the editorial says, and goes on:
All sectors and units are now making collective innovations, helping and leading each other forward in response to the patriotic deeds of the workers of the Jagang Provincial Supply Coal Mine who are performing feats as the pioneers in the great new era. And all the people are working hard to over-fulfill their daily plans to follow the example of the performers.
This proud reality clearly proves the attraction and vitality of the movement for overtaking and learning from others and swapping experience with them.
All sectors and units should conduct more brisk campaigns for overtaking, learning from and swapping experiences with each other to consolidate the national power of Juche Korea and fully demonstrate the might and the spirit of heroic Korea.
When the units in the front rank of the era continue to create experience as model units, exchange experience with each other and the units that lag behind wage a more vigorous pursuit campaign to overtake the advanced units, they can overcome the difficulties and glorify this year as a year of great change to be recorded in the history of development of the DPRK.
All sectors and units should regard the movement for overtaking, learning from and swapping experiences with each other as a key link decisive of the destiny of the units, the basis and starting point of the development of the units, and make the whole process of production, construction and management serve as effective occasion of giving fullest play to the aspiration and enthusiasm to redouble the consciousness of competition and make innovations.
Let us all intensify the drive for overtaking, learning from and swapping experiences with each other and thus glorify the on-going general advance for winning a new victory in socialist construction as a grand revolutionary march advancing and making a leap forward by dint of collective competition.
