When he visited the construction site of 10 000 flats nearing completion in the Songsin and Songhwa area in March Juche 111 (2022), the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un saidthat he would like to express his warm thanks upon authorization of the Partyand the government to all the builders who made a contribution to providing anew turning point in the development of capital city construction anddemonstrating the development of the capital city to the whole world.

It was because at the time they remembered with deep emotion the untiringefforts he had made as he examined all the documents related to theconstruction of 10 000 flats in the Songsin and Songhwa area one by one, busyas he was with the many state affairs, and worked heart and soul to provide thepeople with a new, wonderful street which would be flawless even after 50 and100 years.
In those days, he personally guided more than 1 200 mock-ups for theconstruction of 10 000 flats.
