The Kosan Combined Fruit Farm which sits at the foot of the Chol Pass exhibits spectacular scenery of boundless expanse of fruit trees, the representation of rural development. The farm has been transformed into a socialist paradise, an ideal land for the people and a modernized fruit production base thanks to the noble intentions of regional rejuvenation cherished by respected Comrade Kim Jong Un and his far-reaching program for modern fruit culture development.

Eight years back, on September 17, 2016, respected Comrade Kim Jong Un gave another round of field guidance to the Kosan Combined Fruit Farm which had been superbly built into a world-class orchard in its youth to let our people actually enjoy and find happiness in a more plentiful and civilized diet.

After looking over the panoramic view of the picturesque farm with a broad smile, he expressed his satisfaction over the well-reconstructed dwelling houses and good crop of fruit, greatly complimenting that it’s easier said than done to produce 50 tons of fruit per jongbo , and that all the staff and workers of the Kosan Combined Fruit Farm turned out as one to carry out the task set forth by the Party with credit.

Though he gave field guidance on the farm on several occasions to present the way forward for them and encouraged them to work greater miracles and perform greater exploits, respected Comrade Kim Jong Un did not mention anything about his own efforts and devotion but highly praised the successes achieved by the staff.

Today’s rich fruit harvest and tremendous change are unthinkable apart from his benevolent care. He took measures to radically increase fruit output and also continuously carry out the expansion project. He also saw to it that necessary means of transportation and equipment were provided.

That day, respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said that the apples were big and fragrant and that he could picture the happy faces of our children and people with the apples. He said in earnest that the apples should be sent to the children and people without delay.

Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un is a benevolent father who upholds the people as the heaven and finds joy in overcoming all the hardships for people. He wants to bring our people a better future by turning all rural communities across the country into people’s socialist paradise and there is no end to his love and benevolence.

The greatest love for people and most unreserved dedication to people are his natural disposition. He continues the long journey of dedicating himself to people to provide them with affluent and civilized life. Overall and balanced prosperity and development of socialist rural areas will be actively accelerated and the dignity and prestige of powerful Korea will be demonstrated to the whole world, thanks to his immortal devoted efforts.
