Of late, during his visit to a national university, Belarusian President Lukashenko had a meeting with the students and stated that Belarus will achieve balanced development despite the sanctions of the U.S. and the West.
The President said that an economic war has now been waged on Belarus but the country will continue to develop and succeed in keeping good balance even in harsh conditions weighed down with such illegal and barbarous sanctions.
He also denounced that the illegal sanctions and various restrictive measures of the U.S and the West as well as their big-power chauvinist and nationalist ideologies are being introduced to serve the sole purpose of maintaining a world order made by themselves.
He continued that there is fierce competition on a global scale to take the lead in the area of new technologies and the U.S. will not survive this competition. He underscored with the conviction that the world will develop according to the laws of its own, resulting in a multipolar world in the long run.
