Greetings to President of State Affairs Kim Jong Un from Lao President The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the DPRK, received a message of greetings sent by Thongloun Sisoulith, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, on the 10th on the occasion of the 79th founding anniversary of the WPK.
In the message, Thongloun Sisoulith said he is proud of the important and comprehensive successes made by the WPK in the defence of the gains of the revolution and the socialist construction by leading the country and people for the past 79 years. He expressed the conviction that the Korean Party, government and people would continue to achieve successes in the victorious implementation of the decisions of the Eighth Party Congress and the building of a powerful socialist country under the correct and strong leadership of the WPK headed by Kim Jong Un.
He hoped that he would discuss with Kim Jong Un in the near future the issues for constantly developing in depth the friendly and cooperative relations between the two parties, two states and two peoples of Laos and the DPRK with a long tradition in the interests of the peoples of the two countries and in conformity with peace, stability, collaboration and development of the region and the world.
He wished Kim Jong Un good health, happiness and success in the accomplishment of his noble cause.
