Seminars took place in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Germany, Belarus, Britain, Algeria and Mexico on the occasion of the 83rd birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il.
Speeches were made at the events attended by personages of political and social circles, Juche idea followers and members of organizations for friendship and solidarity with the Korean people in those countries.
Members of the Bangladesh Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, the Juche Philosophy Study Committee of India, the Indian Intellectuals’ Society for the Study of the Juche Idea and the All India Indo-Korean Friendship Association lauded the energetic ideo-theoretical activities and exploits of Kim Jong Il, who enriched the treasure house of human thoughts and defended the national sovereignty and security with the treasured sword of Songun and laid a solid foundation for a military power no formidable enemy dares provoke.
Personages of the Pakistan-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Committee, the Karachi Juche Study Center of Pakistan and the Karachi Women’s Organization for the Study of the Juche Idea of Pakistan said that HE Kim Jong Il, who led the Korean revolution to victory with his outstanding leadership, made a great contribution to the cause of independence against imperialism and the establishment of a just world order, adding that he devoted his all to the people’s happiness and prosperity of the country and made the DPRK work world-startling miracles in all fields.
The chairman of the Communist Party of Great Britain (Marxist-Leninist) who doubles as its international secretary, the secretary general of the Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, the chief of the Belarusian Group for Solidarity with the DPRK and the chairman of the Algeria-Korea Friendship Association noted that the world people are recollecting with deep emotion the immortal revolutionary exploits of the great guardian who firmly defended independence, justice and socialism on the occasion of the significant February holiday. They highly praised Kim Jong Il as a rare thinker-theoretician, prominent leader, peerless statesman and ever-victorious brilliant commander.
Congratulatory messages to the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un were adopted at the seminars held in Germany.
