To Make Labour Enjoyable Song and Pleasure
In November 2014, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited a general foodstuff processing factory. He expressed great satisfaction at the modernization of the factory.
Acquainting himself in detail with the modernization of the factory, he said the factory completely changed its appearance and that our ongoing efforts were not in vain.
Looking up to him, the accompanying officials were in a flutter thinking that they pleased him even a little.
However, until then the officials did not know why the General Secretary was so satisfied.
After going round all the processes of the modernized factory, he said that now labour became enjoyable song and pleasure.
Labour became enjoyable song and pleasure!
Although this sentence is not long, it reflects the warm loving care of the General Secretary who loves our working class most.
Looking up to the General Secretary wearing a broad smile on his face, the officials of the factory realized again that to provide the employees with better labour conditions is more important than modernization.
Highly Praised "Feedback Books"
One December day in 2018, the respected General Secretary gave field guidance at the Wonsan Leather Shoes Factory.
That day, going round the injection-molding work-team, the General Secretary praised the "feedback books" used by officials of the factory.
Praising the factory for collecting feedback from the public after placing "feedback books" at shops and introducing them into production, he said that the factory should lend an ear to the public comment, deeply consider what kinds of shoes people of different ages and jobs like in different seasons and thus produce more shoes favored and demanded by all men and women, young and old.
The officials of the factory could not repress their emotion.
That day the General Secretary said he suddenly visited the factory without a notice and saw a bumper shoes and that he was very satisfied and pleased to see the factory operating in full capacity and massively producing quality shoes.
"Feedback books" highly praised by the respected General Secretary instill into the officials the truth that it is the important duty of the officials to do jobs for people’s pleasure.
