Attaching importance to technical innovation, the Hungnam Fertilizer Complex is turning out hundreds of tons of fertilizer more than planned every day in its effort to boost the output.
The complex makes it a rule to keep in good order the rotary machines of major production lines including the large-size centrifugal compressor in the line of ammonia synthesis, which results in saving over 150 tons of anthracite and thousands of kWh of electricity on average every day and creating conditions for boosting fertilizer output.
The gas generator workshop produces more vapour-air gas by hundreds of cubic metres per hour by upgrading the gas generators and operating the furnace in a scientific manner, thereby boosting the output of nitrogen fertilizer and saving over 10 tons of anthracite every day.
The gas purifying workshop has adopted technical innovation plans to prolong the pressing time in the two-stage rectification tower by over three times as compared with the past in the process of separating carbonic acid gas, thus saving anthracite and power and producing thousands of tons of nitrogen fertilizer more than planned.
The water electrolysis workshop wrapped up the overhaul of electrolytic bath in ten days, though it would have previously taken more than a month, while the synthesis workshop raised its production capacity as much as possible by rationally setting the technical indexes in the operation of the large-size ammonia synthesis tower.
The nutritive solution fertilizer factory has boosted the production of potassium nitrate nutritive solution fertilizer by normalizing the operation of the continuous lines ranging from raw material feeding to neutralization, centrifugation, enrichment and crystallization.
