Celebrations of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Workers' Party of Korea will be held with splendour in Pyongyang, the capital city of the DPRK, amid the remarkable enhancement of the absolute support and trust of all the people for the Party, the great guide of the Juche revolution, along with the new era of comprehensive national rejuvenation.
All the Party members, working people and service personnel across the country are filled with boundless joy and festive mood to greet the holiday of October as a genuine holiday of the people and a great revolutionary auspicious event and a grand political festival demonstrating before the world the might of the single-minded unity peculiar to socialist Korea.
Invited to the celebrations were officials, labour innovators, meritorious persons and exemplary soldiers who have made strenuous efforts in the vanguard of the general advance for the prosperity of Korean-style socialism and performed proud feats, cherishing boundless loyalty to the cause of the Party and invariable patriotism.
Participants in the celebrations of the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea arrived in Pyongyang on October 5.
Officials of the WPK Central Committee warmly greeted them at Pyongyang Railway Station.
Citizens extended warm congratulations to them in the streets of the capital city.
