10-odd years have passed since the Chongryu Health Complex, the Chongryu People’s Open Ice Rink, the Skate Park and the Breast Tumor Research Centre were built on the beautiful riverside of the Taedong driven by our party’s noble affection for the people. The Chongryu Health Complex was built as a comprehensive welfare facility, and the Chongryu People’s Open Ice Rink and the Skate Park were built as multi-functional sports facilities and open for service to the people. The Breast Tumor Research Centre under the Pyongyang Maternity Hospital was inaugurated and has been providing modern medical service to the women.
On November 3, 2012, respected Comrade Kim Jong Un gave an on-spot guidance on the construction sites which were nearing completion. He resolved all the arising issues, stressing that content should be prioritized over form and that minor corrections should be made until the last minute of inauguration as there is no room for complacency in the undertakings for the sake of the people.
He had visited the construction sites several times before to look into every detail so that nothing is missed or imperfect. He devoted his heart and soul for the happiness of the people. On this day before inauguration, he expressed his joy picturing the images of the people leading happy lives as creators and enjoyers of the socialist culture to the fullest extent.
Our people are filled with increasing joy and enthusiasm of leading a new happy life of modern civilization, enjoying the benefits of the Party in the new era of overall development of socialism.
They wake up one morning to hear news about the groundbreaking of a new project, and the next day brings another news about an inauguration. All these fill our people’s hearts with dreams for a bright future and the joys of a new life growing more civilized and affluent by the day.
