Dance parties of youth and students were held in the DPRK on February 8, the 78th anniversary of the founding of the Korean People’s Army.
The venues of dance parties in the capital city, including the plaza of the Pyongyang Grand Theatre, were filled with excitement and joy of the young people greeting Army Founding Day.
The participants danced, paying the highest glory to the peerlessly great men who founded the revolutionary armed forces of Juche and developed the KPA into an invincible revolutionary army with their unique ideas of army building and outstanding leadership.
The atmosphere of dance parties revved up amid the playing of songs “Arms and Youth” and “Let Us Meet at the Front” reflecting the faith of young people ready to turn out in the sacred war for defending the country with arms of the revolution and class if the enemy brings the dark clouds of war to this land.
Such dance parties took place in all the provincial seats, cities and counties on the same day.
