One day in November 2014, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited a factory andwatched a simple performance given by its art group members.
He appreciated that the performance was good, saying in a pleased tonethat it just demonstrated the revolutionary character of the factory’s workerswilling to become standard-bearers and shock brigade in implementing the lineand polices of the Workers’ Party of Korea, its every number pulsating with theParty’s policies and being full of love for the factory while combiningideological and artistic attributes.
The officials of the factory were deeply moved by his appreciation of theperformance which it hardly deserved.
That day he said to the officials that he was happy to look round themodernized factory and he was all the more pleased to feel the ideological andmoral traits of the factory’s employees. He added: I was greatly encouraged bythe performers while reading their mind to share destiny with the Party and Iwas convinced once again that we can overcome any difficulties cheerfullythanks to our reliable working class.

This appellation reflected his great trust in the workers taking the leadin performing miracles and feats, cherishing loyalty to the Party as an elementof their faith.
The officials were so excited that they felt as if they became masters ofthe whole universe. Now they inwardly said:
Your great trust is a nourishment of life that develops our working classinto performers of miracles and feats.
