Comrade Pak Thae Song, Premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), received a congratulatory message from Comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on March 23.
The Prime Minister of Vietnam in the message extended warm congratulations to Comrade Pak Thae Song on his assumption of office as Premier of the Cabinet, and noted that he was pleased to see the DPRK making successes in the cause of state building and development.
He stressed that to identify the orientations of socio-economic development and carry them out on a new stage, with the main emphasis on the implementation of the 2026-2030 five-year national economic plan aimed at building a stable and solid foundation for economic growth and improving the people's living standard, will as ever provide an important momentum in the development of the DPRK.
He wished the fraternal people of the DPRK many new continued successes in their cause of building a prosperous and happy nation, hoping that the traditional friendly relations between the two countries would grow stronger.
