Further Development of Cultural Cooperation Between DPRK and Syria Discussed

Kim Hae Ryong, Counselor of the Embassy of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea(DPRK) in the Syrian Arab Republic met and had a talk with Nazih al-Khouri, Assistant to the Minister of Culture of the Syrian Arab Republic, on January 8.

Issues were discussed at the talk on improving bilateral cooperation in the field of culture.

The Assistant to the Minister of Culture expressed his full support to the policy of the Party and government of the DPRK for overcoming the existing obstacles with the spirit of frontal breakthrough, and he stated his readiness to further develop the cooperation and exchange in cultural field between the two countries, each having a long history and cultural tradition.
