Different types of exercises prevent not only decrease of physical functions and early aging, but also adult diseases.
This has been proven by the data that analyzed mortality according to quantity of exercise.
The mortality of those who did no exercise was much higher than the others.
Human body develops gradually when doing appropriate exercise, but if not, it shows early and quick aging in his advanced age.
In other words, idle muscles get weakened, physical strength and energy decrease and bones are easy to break down.
It also results in sychnuria, making body lose the sense of self-water solution.
As a result, hands and feet move slowly, causing somatopathy and dyskoimesis.
Therefore, in order to protect health and prevent early aging, it is very important for anyone to do regular exercise that suits his physical condition not only in youth time but also in latter years.
To continue exercise in adult age provides mental and physical vigour; smooth motion of muscles, strengthened bones and muscles, rhythmic actions of internal organs and good sleep.
In case of a slight trouble in circulatory system, please increase intensity and time in doing exercise.
