“Agreement On Cooperation Between The Government Of The Democratic People’s Republic Of Korea And The Government Of The Federal Republic Of Nigeria In The Fields Of Public Health And Medical Science” Signed

On June 17, in Abuja, capital of Nigeria, “Agreement On Cooperation Between The Government Of The Democratic People’s Republic Of Korea And The Government Of The Federal Republic Of Nigeria In The Fields Of Public Health And Medical Science” was signed.
Present at the signing ceremony from the side of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea(DPRK) were Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the DPRK to the Federal Republic of Nigeria and members of the Embassy and from the Nigerian side were Minister of Health of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the officials concerned from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Health.
The national flags of the two countries were hoisted at the hall of signing ceremony.
After the national anthems of the two countries were played, Jon Tong Chol, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the DPRK to the Federal Republic of Nigeria, on behalf of the government of the DPRK, and Osagie Ihanire, Minister of Health of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, on behalf of the government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, signed the Agreement respectively.
