Kim Jong Un , Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, sent a congratulatory message on November 28 to Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.
The message reads as follows:
On behalf of the government and people of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, I extend my warm congratulations and cordial greetings to you and to the government and people of your country on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Independence of Mauritania.
For the last 60 years since the independence, the Mauritanian people have achieved great successes in the struggle for building a prosperous society under the uplifted banner of sovereignty, independence, and non-alignment.
I wish you and your people greater success in future work for achieving development and prosperity of the country and express my confidence that the relations of friendship and cooperation between our two countries would further strengthen and develop.
