Running helps develop all muscles and bones of human body and improve the functions of all organs and systems including the cardiovascular system and respiratory organ.
The intensity of exercise should be controlled to suit the physical conditions of each person and a simple warm-up is a must.
In general, it is good for young people in their 20s and 30s to run at a rate of one kilometre for six or seven minutes and for the middle-aged in their 40s and 50s to run at the rate of one kilometre in seven or eight minutes.
In running exercise it is important to always run “easily”.
You should not run to the best of your ability like professional athletes, but calmly and pleasantly after fixing the time and distance according to your physical constitution, capacity and health.
