November 20 is World Children’s Day.

The United Nations General Assembly at its 9 th Session in December 1954 designated the Day with the purpose of directing greater efforts to the children around the world – its future masters.

Feelings of billions of parents around the world who are greeting this day might vary, but the fathers and mothers of our country are unanimously overwhelmed with the feelings of boundless gratitude to respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who embraces all their children with affection and love warmer than those of their own parents and raises them up to be the happiest in the world.

It has been said from olden times that the trials and tribulations met by a country are mirrored in the faces of its children.

But whatever challenges and difficulties our country is faced with, the love and care for children from the state grows bigger, and the children are daily brought up in every happiness. Seeing their children grow up beyond recognition with each passing day, all our parents are shedding tears of gratitude.

Comrade Kim Jong Un has said that if the children born on this land are well fed in an excellent environment since young ages and grow up healthy and vigorous, our society will be as much vibrant and vigorous in 20 to 30 years’ time, and he put forth an improved condition for upbringing of children as the topmost national priority. Thanks to his parental love, children all over the country are now given highly nutritious dairy products – an enabler of the scene of happiness and joy of all our children and people.

The fathomless great dedication of the peerless great man gives rise to the endless happy laughter of our children echoing through this land.

Thanks to the socialist policy that legally guarantees our children all the rights and spares nothing for their well-being, our children’s laughter is blossoming out and the unheard-of legends of love for posterity and future continue to be told everywhere in the country, be it sunny classroom, children’s palace, camp, baby home or children’s home.  It is too natural therefore that the hurrah for respected Marshal and for socialism are effected all across the country.

The past, present and future of a country are best reflected in the images of its children.

The world people could picture the bright future of Juche Korea, thriving and prosperous, from the faces of our children who are fulfilling their dreams and hopes by enjoying every imaginable love and affection from the leader and the grateful society.
