The Kangso Sprayer Factory is steadily boosting production.
All workshops of the factory, including raw material processing, injection, extrusion, ironwork and assembling, are joining efforts in the innovation drive.
Workers and technicians remodeled the dies of dozens of kinds of parts, including vortex fin body and jet orifice plug, by pooling their creative wisdom and introduced a rational cooling system, thus raising the yield of products markedly while increasing productivity over 1.3 times.
They also invented efficient jigs to assemble hundreds of sprayers every day.
Inspectors, technicians and producers have strengthened cooperation to improve the quality of products.
As a result, the factory has overfulfilled the national economic plan for the first half of the year up to now by operating automatic horizontal injector, extruder and other highly efficient equipment at full capacity, and produced more than 100 000 backpack hand sprayers, motor sprayers and sprinklers for dry-field irrigation and sent them to the rural communities.
Its achievements are greatly encouraging agricultural workers.
