The Sangwon Cement Complex has recently introduced profitable technical innovations so as to boost production.
In the past few years it solved technical problems arising in replacing extra-large bearings of roller mill, manufactured a conveyor with its own efforts and technology and introduced several valuable technical innovations into production to increase the limestone production and extend serviceable life of major equipment, thus markedly improving the quality of cement.
The maintenance workshop has succeeded in finishing the maintenance of the complicated combined raw material system ahead of schedule by introducing rational jigs into the works requiring high techniques such as dismantlement, assembly and welding of equipment.
Meanwhile, the raw materials workshop has further boosted the production of gypsum, coal and other raw materials by rationally remodelling the hammer crusher lattice structure. And other workshops have introduced optimal working methods into processes to put the operation of equipment on a normal basis, bringing about collective innovation in the cement production.
Units in charge of supplying raw materials are making a positive contribution to the cement production through a dynamic technical innovation movement.
The Sangwon Limestone Mine has raised blasting efficiency by applying a rational method and dressed ores in large quantity while securing mining areas.
The Ilchulbong Mine and the Sangwon Refractory Factory have improved the crushing capacity by renovating the structure of the guide panel of the jaw crusher and manufactured a mixed raw materials weighing machine controlled by an one-chip processor to ensure the accuracy of mixing refractory materials for rotary kiln and provide a scientific guarantee for extending the serviceable life of the refractory bricks.
