Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un receives message of greetings from President of People's Republic of China

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, received a message of greetings from Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and President of the People's Republic of China, on the 9th.
The message extended warm congratulations and heart-felt best wishes to Comrade Kim Jong Un, the WPK and government and people on behalf of the Communist Party of China, Chinese government and Chinese people and in the name of the General Secretary on the occasion of the 77th founding anniversary of the DPRK.
The message said during the 77 years, the WPK has united and led the Korean people and made strenuous efforts to promote the socialist cause of Korea to make constant development in all fields.
Saying that in recent years, under the leadership of the WPK headed by Comrade General Secretary, the Korean people have achieved a lot of pleasant successes by waging a vigorous struggle to fully carry out goals and tasks presented by the Eighth Congress of the WPK, the message expressed the belief that the Korean people would greet the Ninth Congress of the WPK with a surging spirit and outstanding successes and surely open up a new chapter in the cause for building socialism of Korean style.
Stressing that China and the DPRK are a traditional and friendly neighbours which have common boundary with mountains and rivers, the message noted that it is a consistent and firm strategic policy of the Chinese party and government to defend, consolidate and develop wonderfully the relations between China and the DPRK, and continued.
Some days ago, Comrade General Secretary visited China and participated in the celebrations of the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War and I met Comrade General Secretary again and jointly provided a blueprint for the development of relations between the two parties and two countries.
The Chinese side is ready to make a greater contribution to the peace and development of the region and the world by promoting hand in hand the cause of socialism of two countries by strengthening strategic communication and exchanging visits and keeping in close cooperation with the DPRK side, the message noted.
It wished the DPRK prosperity and its people happiness and well-being.
