The Chonnaeri Cement Factory continues to increase production.
In hearty response to the decision of the Eleventh Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea held early this year the workers of the factory set a goal of production much higher than before.
A heated competition for increased production is held among workteams, shifts and its members. All participants in the competition help and lead each other forward to attain the high goal.
In the course of this the factory has successfully carried out an overhaul of the exhauster and cement crusher for their better performance.
In addition, it has introduced innovative plans and ideas for increasing the output. For example, it has raised the clinker production capacity by improving the operational method of roasting furnace.
Therefore, the operation days of the kiln and cement output per hour hit the highest record in scores of years up to now since it launched the struggle to attain the increased production goal this year.
