When North Hamgyong Province sustained heavy damage due to the downpour accompanied by strong wind four years back, Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un learned about damage in no time and earnestly said that we should fully demonstrate once again that it is the trait of the Workers’ Party of Korea to make selfless devotion for the people through the reconstruction campaign.
It is his intention and will that as the Party regards the devoted service to the people as the starting point of all its activities, its invariable principle and method of existence, the Party should take responsible care of victims and their future to the last by prioritizing the people's interests in any raging wind and in whatever ordeals.
Selfless devotion for the people is the trait that can be found only in the WPK which is led by Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, who regards the people as the most valuable being and devotes his all for the people’s joy and happiness.
