One day in June 2013, therespected General Secretary Kim Jong Unvisited Pyongyang International Football School and looked round the bedrooms.
As he gave instructions onbuilding bedrooms in conformity with the students’ psychology, he asked anofficial how they planned to show the students the communication information ifa communications network was built.
The official answered that theyplanned to install TVs in bedrooms, classrooms, resting places and other placesso that students could see it in any place. The respected General Secretarysaid that it would not be good for them to see the information about footballon TV in their bedrooms. A fine sports science and technology disseminationcentre like e-library should be built to ensure that students would come there andsee international football matches or other information introducing footballtraining and football equipment and materials, he noted.
That day, he taught how tobuild the sports science and technology dissemination centre and took detailedmeasures to show the teachers and students much about the world trend offootball development and technical data on football.
As a result, the place for disseminating sportsscience and technology was built at the school.
