Kim Hye Yong, a doctor at the Koryo medicine department of the Chungsong Polyclinic in Pyongyang’s Rangnang District, stands out as she cures patients suffering from obstinate diseases with her original application of Koryo medical therapies. This has earned her fame among the community.

She studied clinical medicine at the then Haeju Medical College and joined a central hospital where she distinguished herself in treatment. All of a sudden, however, she made up her mind to turn to Koryo medical therapist.
