It happened one day in April several years ago whenthe respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visiteda department store just before its inauguration.
As he looked round the foodstuffs on display at thefirst floor of the department store, he heard a report from its official thathundreds of kinds of goods were on display at the counter. He told him with affectionthat the goods were displayed well.
The official was at a loss what to do next as hereceived his unexpected praise.
Because the shop was laid out, every piece of its equipmentwas installed and goods were displayed as instructed by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
Then he went round the counters for bread and small articles fordaily use and dropped in at the second floor. He said with great pleasure that goodswere displayed well in a distinctive way, that especially it was very good thatthe whole service area was built as a large cultural space by introducingvarious forms and methods of displaying goods including hanger-style displayand three-dimensional display and the principle of prioritizing convenience andaesthetics was thoroughly applied to the whole service environment, and that thedisplay of goods was really attractive.
That day, he repeatedly praised the excellentdisplay of goods at the department store, noting that the officials concernedshould duplicate the display stands installed at the department store so thatthey could be referred to when building other commercial service networks andthat display stands to be installed in the commercial service sector should be madein Korean style.
Looking up to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who highly appreciated the displayof goods visualizing the looks of people who would enjoy a civilized life andindicated the orientation and ways for further improving it as required by thedeveloping times and the aspiration of the people, the officials could hardlyrepress strong emotion.
